Admin Side

New Features

  • Home Menu - Changed from Home icon to Menu to make for easier use.

  • Home Menu/Pin icon - Added ability to pin menu open.

  • Grid Options - Added some new grid features and relocated several existing features. They are now located directly above each grid. Please note, some icons have been changed for existing features.

    • Add - previously located on the left hand side of the screen, used to add a new row.

    • Refresh Data - used to refresh screen.

    • Views - added for future implementation, currently only one option, Default.

    • Predefined Filters - previously located on the left hand side of the screen, Active and Inactive options under the Members sub menu.

    • Export Data - previously located in top right hand corner of screen, used to export grid to CSV,XML or Json.

    • Columns - used to select which columns to display.

    • Table Padding - previously cog icon located at the top right of the screen, used to customize column and row size.

  • Users - Added icon to the left of each row to control editing and deleting for each sub menu and to control Login as User for the Member sub menu.

  • Users/Members - Added Username column as an available column.

  • Users/Members - Added ability to Login as Member.

  • Payments/Payment History - Added icon to the left of each row to control editing.

  • System/Statements/Statement Publish Date - System will now push the Statement Publish Date from CMA to PayCloud.

  • System/Club Settings/Statements - These fields have been moved to Private Content/Statements.

  • Private Content/Payments - Added ability to enter a message that will display on the payment screen when a member is making a payment. The 'Require User to Agree' flag can be used to require the member to agree to the message before they can proceed with the payment.

  • Orphaned Payment Sync -The system will now automatically scan for orphaned payment requests, and query the respective merchant processor for information. If payment information is found, it will update the response accordingly, so the payment will show in payment history and pull into Office.

    • Note: Orphaned payment requests are typically the result of a browser being closed after a payment is initiated, but before the response is able to be delivered back to the user.

Member Side

New Features

  • Statements - Changed system so the default statement presented to members is based on the Statement Publish Date from CMA instead of current date.

  • Statements/Account Activity - Allows member to view all account activity by date range.

  • Statements/My Minimum - Allows member to view current minimum amounts based on posted transactions.
